Looking at your custom axle position relative to the chain stay, I wonder if the axle mounting hole is in the right place? If that would be just a little too high (like 2mm) the top jockey wheel will probably rub on the lowest gear cog. Is your der hanger sitting down all the way onto the axle...
Yep, like others have said, Youtube is the way to go. I use the free mode, not the Premium. I have had my channel since Oct 2012. Wow. I just checked,and my channel has had 43,073 views! Pretty much all bike / RRB or live music performances.
Just went through your pics. Tell me about that Rustoleum Aircraft Remover. I assume it's a type of stripping application? The chainring and cranks and BB look great if that's what you used on them!

Square nuts in round holes, or was it round nuts in square holes? Anyway, that's what we do here on RRB! :grin:
As Brian said, you could cap off the threaded ends of the bolts on the outside with acorn nuts, our hardware store has some shallow ones that don't need to thread on very far...
Video turned out well! And remember, when it comes to faux-tina, you can always add more. It's harder to 'take away'.
