Fender light

My neighbor found this fender and light, I'm not familiar with it.
He's wanting to sell it, but doesn't know what to ask.

It's a Schwinn...and it's desirable. I'm not so skilled at judging fair pricing, but here's one listed last Spring for $125--just the shell; no guts or fender.

More information. Is needed. Pics from underneath at fendertips and fork attachment point wouldn't. Hurt. My fender has brace rivets in front of light yours are involved. Could be fender for truss rod as opposed to Springer which has fork att in diff spot. REAR att. for light cover could be 46 deep type.
Now I see that little "hook" for Springer thru bolt

Nice Schwinn. You can tell from the fender fork crimps that it was from a springer. Possibly Phantom. Open it up and see condition of battery compartment.

I'm gonna let the screws soak a few days, then check the insides.
He's looking to sell it.

I got it apart, the battery tray is rusty but in tact.
All the parts appear to be there, but it didn't light with new batteries.
Could be a bad bulb or loose connection.

Any idea what a good asking price is?
