Looks mostly there, some better photos would help. With bike like these is all about condition, condition, condition. Also another thing to look for is rust how much rust is on the paint, chrome,wheels etc. from just these pics I would say between $100-$200 just because it looks mostly original.

Somebody offered me the bike.
I am not in muscle bikes, I didn't have any info, so I passed it.

I didn't see any value in the bike, except that shifter. Sorry.
