After 5 coats of primer, 4 of base colour, 6 coats of gloss clear coat then 7 of satin clear (not to mention about a roll and a half of painter’s tape), I finally have something to start assembling...

Used a 3/4” nut and bolt to compress the headset cups into the head tube.

Test fitting of the fork with the headset innards.

Not sure but do they have Brev markings on them. I’ll check closer when I get home tonight.
