I am in the Klunker "sub build-off" and we had to try and recreate an old klunker photo, unfortunately, as the clock ticked down, my last day to get some klunker action shots came and it rained all night just before it, so sliding a bike was still possible, but kicking up dust was not. I only had my 9 year old to shoot the photos with my wife's DSLR, and she wasn't use to that camera. Then as we were headed to take the photo I looked down and saw that one of the pins on my chain was not fully engaged (see the detail shot of the chainring and you can spot the bad link) and ready to pop, so I had to ride easy so as not to eject my chain as I came down the hill towards my daughter with the camera.

All these are of course just excuses, but I got dressed up for the photos, so I might as well share them.
