Most likely 70s early 80s frame , it is made for balloon tires.
Not sure of model ?

Last of the 4 digits on the head badge looks like a 2, would be 1972, and the serial number on the head tube, hard to see , but looks like MH, also 1972. Serial on the head tube started in 70. The catalog doesn't show a 24" cantilever bike though.

Any chance it's a late '71 stamped as a '72? This is from the '71 catalog...

... but then the sprocket and guard are wrong anyway.

Ok front wheel hub width is 3 5/8 with a 3/8 axle and rear wheel hub width is 4 1/4 with a 3/8 axle.

They are 20 inch Lester wheels with big fat Odyssey 20x2.40 tires. I'm thinking might make a cool little cruiser.
