I have Ideas but no certainty.

This is a buddys bike he just bought, Badgeless. It has a Perry 2star English Hub.
Its frame and forks, possibly neck are all thats original to the bike.

I know nothing about Perry Hubs or their quality., Anything you can tell me about this
to relay to him would be really cool.

Perry hubs are very easy to service, even the ones with roller bearings. I've learned that Perry coaster brakes are basically the only English hub of that era with any stopping power at all.
