So some of you may remember a build Started by LTJ called Blackjack,

http://www.ratrodbikes.com/forum/in...bike-build-new-owner-new-progress-soon.84272/

Afew months back when I was first getting into custom bikes Luke kindly donated me his Black project to finish up on. So I kindly accepted his offer and here it is back for round 2!

Here it is when I picked it up from Luke's place, Pretty much all there minus afew "minor" thinks like brake mounts and derailleur :)

It sat next to my shed for a while because of medical reasons but then one I was better I slowly started getting into it.

First with the bottom bracket (crank) Luke already widened it just needed some minor tweaking

With that done onto the Calipers

because of the disc size I could not mount them in the usual spot so I had to go with this.

I had to make up a "small" mount for the rear

but thats how it sits right now and it coming along quite nicely so far!

Thanks again to Luke

This was a excellent frame design. Can't believe LTJ giving away all his bikes.?

I agree on the design.

Giving away bikes must be catching. I gave all my bikes and parts to RRB member Endlesschain in anticipation of having to move house. I only kept the basics of Sidebolt so I hope I can get it done with what's there.

Just couldn't let this one turn into a page 3 slacker!
Hey I seen them shoes in that one pic.
I thought you guys wore flip flops for welding?

Carl.

Are those wheels/tires from a pit bike?
I left this for Kel to answer, but he has been busy on the other build first, so I guess I can!
Those are 14" pit bike rear wheels and tires!
