So I found this for sale but can't afford the $1000 firm price tag but was hoping to see if anybody knows anything about it.
Was brought back by solider from Vietnam war.

I wonder how the soldier got that huge thing all the way back to the states? Unusual for the US, but probably pretty common in Saigon. Gary
 
No clue how it got here just going from what I was told.
Either way like wildcat said its a piece of art.
 
That reminds me a lot of the bikes I saw in Malaca, Malaysia. There are a wide variety of pedicab like bikes all over Asia. Great details on that one though.
 
I'm getting ideas on that one, paint it black, hang a transverse leaf spring under the tub in the back, move the crank so you can drive from the back, two vintage headlights mounted down low off the front wheel nuts, and an aluminum pony keg on the back fro a trunk. T-bucket bike baby!
