I did some photo experimentation this morning early at our Art Museum Sculpture Garden, trying to find a good setting.

Yes was a good clear day, hot and windy. funny things is it seemed that the sprinkler system was following me around the garden. I'd get set up take a few shots and the heads would pop up and I'd move and wipe things down.I like pics 1 and 3 Ed. Looks like the sun's shining again, finally. Maybe perfect day here with a high of 82, low humidity, 10-12 mph wind to keep the perspiration down...
Thanks! Original idea was to try and duplicate an original color scheme, but never found a guide pic. Therefore the "custom" color pallet and placement. I guess it's a shiny rat like some others in the works. There are some rat touches in the mix.Great looking ride, i love the color combo andd the contrast between the wheels and the lighter shade of green. Really catches the eye.

Ah the sprinkler, a blue collar fountain...Need to coordinate with the sun and sprinkler system at my preferred area.
The plan is to avoid the irrigation sprinklers. A week ago they kept coming on, getting the bike, camera and me all wet. Wet background good, wet foreground not so much. Suppose to be 102 degrees on Sunday, maybe wet would be good.Ah the sprinkler, a blue collar fountain...
Luke.
You wanna trade build off bikes?I put the tank back on, trimmed a couple of flange corners at rear. It fits a little better now.

I think it's a keeper for a while, just throw me a vote. Wish mine had seen as many miles as yours. You wanna trade build off bikes?
Love this thing, looks amazing.
Hey thanks! Primer and paint was RustOleum Ultra Color and Hammered, spray bomb. Fender stripes done with PinStrippers masking tape and RustOleum. Pin Stripping by ShaneZ with 1Shot. The details are in the thread posts. What did you use for paint....great job....it'll make any ratrodder smile!
Hey thanks KF! Just wish I'd have gotten them sooner. I'd have liked to clear coat over them before the striping was laid down. I guess if they deteriorate that equals more rat.Decals look super sweet on the tank!
Thanks Pick! Local ShaneZ did the pins.Great job Ed! I really like the way the tank/decal turned out & the pinstriping is awesome as well.
Thanks G-Matt! I think the pins on fender fit the build. I told the stripper he had artist license to do what he (ShaneZ) wanted, just use copper.Looks great the rear fender turned out sweet . Looks like a good bike to cruise cars shows with [emoji1303][emoji1303]
