Has anyone built a Reverse Trike or a 4-wheel Bicycle, aka: Quadricycle, aka: a QuadBike before?

I'm still trying to gather my Kustom Bike Parts, I was wondering if anyone on here has ever built a Kustom Reverse Upright Tadpole Trike or 4-Wheel Quadricycle aka a QuadBike before, with a regular Bike Frame or a Stretch Limo Frame before?

Any info, or idea's are welcomed?

I've wanted to build a leaning tadpole trike for years, but there's just no practical place for me to use it.

@tjwilson has shared some of his four wheeled creations...but, I think they were all scratch built. Do a search on this site for them (I think it was his intro page...maybe?), and prepare...to...have...your...mind...blown...

This what I kinda want to do, is use a Stretch Frame, with a Trike Conversion Kit, kinda like this Red Trike, but with that Hammerhead Trike, with 2 front Springer Straight or 2 bent Springer Forks, & four 26" 144-Spoke Wheels with either wide white tires, or blackwall tires or Boa-G tires.
