thought I would make an intro here , just another schwinn junkie I am
live in northern cal grew up in the bay area during the 60s and 70s
choppin schwinns and still doin' it today..this looks like a cool place to hang. here is a pic of a couple of my rats

I like how you put the light / reflector on the one bike to get rid "O" the void where the 20 inch wheel sits low on the 26 inch forks.

welcome brother ratter and yet again another from the land of norcal haha. very cool bikes the men's reminds me of a overgrown version of a schwinn runabout. don't be a stranger and sally forth in this strange and wonderful place.

apreciate the welcome guys, its really cool to see so many people still
into this culture. Who would have thought rats would be in style this long
I have always had one since I was a kid. I'm kinda the lone stranger
where I live ...not many into it 'cept a few old hippies and most dont
ride anymore. I've had this pair for almost 15 yrs. and 4 girls grew up
riding the girly bike along with some of the other kids in town.
been lookin' thru the pages here...its like a time warp to the 70s ..
