I kinda dig the second guard font better. Bit cripser and feels like an irreverent swipe at Schwinn lettering.

Just primed over that Ratina that everyone likes. I wouldn’t feel like I finished the project if I didn’t paint it. The chain guard will be purple to match the seat cover. The frame will be painted, starting with Silver Metallic from Rustoleum as a base. Another metallic base purple may go over the top of the silver or it may stay silver. I don’t want too much purple.

This is quite a small frame, but I love the tube work and the devil tails. I cut out the fender supports to stuff a 26 inch wheel and tire set it’s going to be a 3 speed, which means that I currently have no brakes. I have a solution though. Besides using my feet.
