I thought the drops looked great. but I have really, really wide shoulders. even at 46 cm wide they were too narrow for comfort.
is this not "Ratty" enough for RatRodBikes?

I really like the classic, understated look you have incorporated into the bike and that saddle will be aces.

The bars are VO Porteur (IIRC), in the up position, which works way better for me. Im OK on the motorcycle cafe'd out but not low on a bike, its the high seat position to bar height that gets me.
The saddle is an old Fizik (sp?), I like the one you pic'ed.
