Klunker 2.0 - RRBO Revisited (Are you really ever done?)

Build Update 2-7-18
- Happy with the bigger tires
- 26x2.4 front and 26x2.35 rear
GOING TO SWITCH 'EM ONE MORE TIME....
- Head set is 'jenky' NEEDS to be replaced (but it was build with spare parts)
NEW (USED) RED ANO HEADSET INSTALLED
- Could use one more gear, currently running a 44:16... 45?
WAITING ON SHIPMENT OF MY RED 46
- Bars might be bent a bit on the right side?? Couldn't tell if it was the bars or the bad headset?
BAR PAINTED - AND CUT WITH NEW GRIPS INSTALLED
- Couldn't get the seat tight enough....
SHIMMED IT!
- Putting the Wrights on in the next few days.....
ITS ON
- Any tips on getting these solid 5/8" posts to hold tight?

It needs to run in the Coaster Brake Challenge!
Picked up a 130 bcd spyder 'cause I was not happy with the 110 spacing - not enough klunker looking. Now I just have to pick satin or shinny?
Also got some 1/2" Suntour XC spindles and new bearings to rebuild my 9/16" pedals to fit this one piece crank!

Glad I found this build, quite a turnaround from original plan.
Great build, stance, parts. Love it, keep the details coming.
Sell or save those pedal spindles, most folks are swapping the other way.

On a Side Note* I found a base for my tore up Pro Neck II stem and have begun the Restoration!
Here is what it first looked like...
Then I got this black beut'
Added a bit of water and lye crystals... just don't breath the vapors!
Checked the fit and color match...
A bit of 200 grit and I called it a night - more to come!
