Well, the printer finished printing before i left which made me pretty happy! :)

It is a coil spring spacer similar to what you would see on a budget lift for a Jeep with coil springs. We had an issue with the soft spring being so short there was no more preload adjustment left on the shock body. You can see here where we were running out of threads.

So, i may take the dremel out and try to increase the ID on the spacer, both around the body and where the step is on the threaded collar. I need it to be about 2mm larger in overall diameter on both sections. There is a little bit of room at the coil, maybe 1mm, but it shouldn't be an issue, it does not need to be a tight fit, jus needs to hold it centered around the shock body.
