I want to swap the seat on a 1970's Huffy bike to a modern rail style seat. The seat post on the Huffy bike is 22 mm. Does a clamp exist for a 22 mm post that will allow me to attach the new seat with the rail attachment system? The photo below shows the original seat and clamp at the top and the replacement seat on the bottom.

Thanks for any ideas on this.

Thanks for the seat clamp resources. After a couple of trial rides, I might also need a longer stem to get the handlebars up a little higher. The stock stem is maxed out at height now, and it isn't very high to start with. From an online search, it looks like there are a couple of options available for 21.1 mm stems.
