Saw this on Fbook market place and it was close to me. The seller was hard to get info out of. Against my better judgement I went and picked it up. Cool bike. Sadly it’s a 24” bike. It’s really cool looking but I assumed it was 26” oh well it was a nice ride [emoji851]

Rinsed it off for that craigslist look [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Nothin' wrong with 24s. That thing is BEGGING for a banana seat and apehangers, and maybe a shorty rear fender...

I agree. I was thinking it was 26”. It oozes coolness. A buddy of mine already wants it.

I use 24 inch bikes for bar bikes and let kids ride them in classic rides or give them to kids. I'm about 5'8" so I can get buy by raising up the posts. 26 inch wheels usually fit if you remove the fenders, but the rear tire has to be deflated before you can remove the wheel. I sold this exact bike without a tank and chrome rims to a kid for $50 as I put on a new chain and tires and did some other work. The LBS gave it to me. I painted the wheel rims to match as one was white and one was black. I lost a little money but it is ridden.

I friend of mine wants it bad. So it’s going to a new home. I paid $20 bucks for it. I have a 24” Schwinn that I fit on but this thing is tiny compared to it.

Yeah it was small, but no one wanted it so it was safe at the bar. Three times I have had bikes taken for a free ride home from the bar and abandoned. I got them back but they were junkers. $20 is a deal.

My buddy who wants it loves mercury meteors and collects anything Meteor. Plus he gave me a 51 Schwinn. So I’m paying him back a little bit
