there is a moment of it, I bought on the cheap an old french made cruiser


as my daily was damaged, I make a new bike for every day:
the fork is made of stainless steel, T are machined from solid block of aluminium


I did the painting to be well custom




and now:




currently it lacks the front carrier,
final saddle and front disc brake!

i have made a cool sequential shifter, the base like this shifter but only one lever on mine:


measurement to work with the 3 speed nexus hub:


making a new enclosure in stainless steel sheet:




adjustement of the cable displacement:


the shifter installed and 100% working:
1st, 2nd and 3rd gear positions

it work like rallycar gearbox, its realy fun!

now are missing front brake lever, DEL front light, shifter knob but the bike work fine!!:

the shifter system is an old idea, i would make the same system on my next bike but the mechanism would be hidden in the frame!

All around super nice package!
From the frame paint job to the fab work just awesome.
Looks to have nice klunker lines too, put some knobbies on it and take that baby out truffle hunting!
(Of course from what I understand truffle hunting could put you on a titanium frame! $$$)
