    Neat bike. What is the rubber bumper or bushing below the fork crown; does the front fender require an offset distance for mounting?

    I think thats exactly what the bushing is for. And thanks can't wait to make her beautiful again.

    i need that rubber bumper. To answer the question yes the rubber piece is triangular in shape and fits in a triangular shape on the fenders so it does not rattle
