today I find in screap yard this

and when I open surprise

the scotter had 2 controlers

and have blinkers back light horn and front light all in leds.

I think will become a nice electric chopper. tomorow I will look for a peair of wheels to start the new project

hello guys I have some time to work litle for this project and I start with frame ideeas

but I dont like it and I change the plans and I come with this ideea

what do you think guys :?: :?:

the pipe for the frame will be 55mm x3mm thik aluminium
the pipes betwen radiators will be scruwt with 2 m8 in each pipe top
the radiators will be polish inside and sides and the wings will be paint matt black
the pipes will be miror polish maybe with black tribals on
the lights will be leds and I will use 2 radiators in front and in the back will be in the sadle pipe I will put more picture with details later

hello guys
today I start to cut the pipe for the frame.55mmx3 aluminium

after I cut the pipes I start to polish them

first I start with sand paper 60 to take away the eloxy paint

next step is sand paper 80

now is 120 sandbrush

and 350 sandbrush

and now wool disk with polish paste

what a work :!: alot time spend with this pipe.I will have a heck to finish to polish all frame

this is only a small part. the front fork maybe I will paint it black :?: :?:
next week I will build the connectors between pipes and radiators

Great job on the mill, almost looks like they came out of a cnc...

looks top notch !!! i think with as beefy as this bike is looking like it will turn out, I would think about using some kind of coil over shock for the seat instead of the traditional spring though.
