i sacrificed one of my unicycles. it was a 24. i wired the hub into a 26 rim. the bearing holders are the lollipop style like these: http://www.unicycle.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=508 i simply cut the ends off the end of a mountain bike fork, drilled a couple of holes, and they slid right in... the only thing is, it doesnt freewheel... i need to find a hub from a huffy green machine...

i also put a reinforcement pipe inside the main tube...
