A rattastic job in deed ! I really like the way it turned out . Like the Handel bars nice laid back flow to the bike . That seat it pretty cool also the sissy bar & fork springs turned out great .

Picked up these long-neck gum rubber grips. Feel great, fit great. Will 'age' them a bit....

And caught these looking at me this afternoon at my old LBS I worked at for 5 years....I started working at bike shops 28 yrs ago to help pay for my 'habit'....nice to still get a discount for my new 'vice'....

Great work on tying the seatpost, sissy bar, and nanner together with the bike. I really like the flow of that.

Looking good, I really dig the stance on this bike.

Lucky pg #13! Here's what went on in the BACK40 today....in between a fabulous mtb ride on our local Carver Lake trail!
On the docket for the One-Liner were the lights, front and back.
Started with this single pole metal switch plate, then a pass with the drill press, and viola! Kind of a license plate look with a modern flashing led rear light affixed.

Then off to the paint-stump out the back door of the BACK40....for a little rust-ification.

Mounting of the rear light will come later....but since those two 'heater grills' showed up, we will segue to the front end...

Ground off the flange of the laundry drain cup on the grinder...then to the paint stump.....and finally adhered to the blazing ghost flamed eye balls of the One-Liner. The lights are Bontrager Glo lights, LED push-lens type. 170 hrs of burn time, should take me in to the next millennium of night riding. I use a stylus to activate on / flash / off through the middle hole in the dragonfly eye covers.

I think you've got some of that diesel punk monkey-business going with the light strainers. Wasn't sure about them at first but they've kind of grown on me. She's gettin' a look goin' for sure...
