I voted, yea yea I know I have been lurking hard. Steve clued me in that if I get tapatalk I can post pics. Oops shows what I know about smart phones. Oh and the voting for me this year sucked and it ended up coming down to sudden death coin tosses. The only one I had locked was paint it black. That my friend is one of the baddest bikes to come down the pike in awhile.

Honestly I was hoping for a couple of votes. Never would have imagined double digits. I rode her to work the other day and could not wipe the smile off my face.
That is enough reward for me. Humbled to be in such creative company. There are too many bikes here that deserve to be top of the class.

Its strange to say I'm shocked at this bike's lack of votes because its currently in 2nd or 3rd place.... But "The Hot Rod Higgins" might be the coolest non-motor'd two wheel'd creation I've ever seen.

On the other hand... HodgePodge already has more votes than I assumed it would garner...

High School Football has owned me for the past few weeks, so I couldn't finish my build, Congrats to "MoFaux (fordsnake)" For building the most beautiful bike I have ever seen!

Thanks man...that is a super cool thing to say. I appreciate it, I really do. I think the Higgins has gotten a solid number of votes. I know the bike has gotten a lot of positive feedback, but I didn't know what to expect when it came time to vote. I can tell you that I am really pleased with the response it has gotten so far. I think everyone looks like they have a lack of votes compared to Mofaux! :lol: :lol:

The Hodgepodge was one of the bike that really inspired me to build a skinny tire rat bike. I've been looking for a cool old lugged frame with a chrome fork.

Figuring out what others will like is really hard. When I did hard luck I thought it was going to do better but I also knew it was a push the edge sorta bike and I fell over the cliff. I got a bike in my head that I want to do so maybe I will come join in next year. I know its said the bar is raised each year but this year its been raised more than a notch. Heck I don't even know if I can hang with you guys now with the bikes your turning out. Golf claps all around for all

Double Nickle (whom I purchased my all metal rat seat from for S.I.T.B.R. by the way), you would of given us a run for our money if you were in it this year. You're right about MOFAUX. This year, MOFAUX was the bike that raised the bar yet again. We can see what it takes to amaze folks in MOFAUX. Being challenged to bring it. I got my work cut out for me next time I enter a build. Gotta bring it MOFAUX style, but make it my own.

I've been so busy with work and the new boat over the past couple of days that I haven't been able to jump on much...but to the 8 people that have voted for #TWENTY2, I'd like to say THANKS!!!

My daughters are pretty giddy that the bike that they gave me for my birthday is considered "COOL" by people besides me, LOL!!!

Thanks to the 5 members that have voted for 20-inches of awesome. It means a lot. I figured building a 20"er was picking a hard path to get votes, but I had the bike in my head long before the BO started, and just had to build it. I'd never done as much hand fabricating on anything. Even got to use a welder for the first time! Fabbed a full custom springer, made a seat tower, it was a real journey for me.

In the end, I did things I didn't know I was capable of, and that is worth its weight in rust(or votes).

(But now that I know I can finish one, I may have to up the inches next year if I want to actually compete! :lol: )

I voted for orange crush,when I saw this build,it instantly put a kids grin on my face ...I thought this would be a bike to ride that takes you back to your younger years...
I also liked the soda dispenser,very 8) 8) 8)
+ the other 8) bits n bobs...Great advertisement for a ole corner dime store...
