Looking for a decent set of Raleigh rod brake 28 inch rims (28 x 1 1/2). I have an early or mid 1930s Phillips for which I would like to build 3-speed wheels. I have a 1930s Sturmey rear hub and a Phillips fat barrel front from the 1930s ready to go, but need rims. I can get new, India-made rims, but would prefer British Raleighs (or Phillips) rod brake rims.
