Thanks for the plate idea Kev, like you said it opens up a whole new can of worms! I'll be making more headbadges today. 
I created and am Producing this sticker for all those Bike Lovers
who have a sense of Humour...
Below is a Picture at a distance..

so..The Bike is DONE!......after the weather breaks
( it has been Raining here for a MONTH! )
I will take some picture of the finished bike outside of my Kitchen :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I was going nuts trying to figure out why that squeek
was in my front hub.It didn't do it before so I spun
the wheel for about 10 minutes trying to figure it out.
It sounded like it was coming from the top near the
fender..and I knew that I road the bike quite a bit
before the build..and guess what it was..
That little Hook/Washer that goes through the Fork
has a Tab at the rear.
That tab after the build is rubbing the Spokes..
so, a few washers to space it( I probably should
have put them in before )
and the squeek is gone.
was in my front hub.It didn't do it before so I spun

You should hear my buildoff bike, it sounds like a creaky old house it squeeks chain guard rattles, peddal bearings click... Daddy always said, IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT! Lol
I call those lawyer washers since they are there to prevent accidental wheel removal and the impending lawsuit. :wink:
