More of a "klunkruiser"

4-speed IGH, and I'm told that the Sunlite fork might bend if I'm too rough with it. But the rear stays on this particular Schwinn (of no known origin) are gusseted and extra beefy.
Still need to add a front brake.

Klunker, BMX cruiser & Strandie. Three loosely defined categories with a lot of overlap. I'd consider the brown a Strandie and the blue a Klunker...but, it is irrelevant as they are both just all around killer builds .

To me, there's a certain je ne sais quoi that a strandie/BeachMX has which isn't always there in a klunker. Panache? Laid back cool? I guess it's irrelevant, cuz I love both styles, and those bikes are rad as Repack

Built/ rebuilt up this ‘80 Schwinn cruiser I recently picked up. Cati bosses and water bottle mounts where added to the frame Back in the day. When I got it I knew I had to do a multi speed klunker type build.

Not much thought went into this one. I removed the Tange fork that came on the bike, then just kinda kept taking it apart and rebuilding it with stuff layin around. Happy with how it rides tho!
