Flying Zombie

I came across this bike the other day, Ladies step through frame..
[I assume 50's based on the still royal/primary blue color with white/creme tank]
It had Jewels in the tank [which was a longer, beefier tank..,] one on either side of the headbadge in front.
The Badge was unlike any Id seen before, and when Googled, all that came up were Speed style bikes and Little Fat tank Mopeds.
Nothing like this., Im going to get some pictures tomorrow, but can anyone tell me anything based on what I've provided?
It all looks complete and original., decals on the tank looked good., I think they were Red.
I've never heard of StarFlite? I think the badge read., maybe some folks can chime in on value..rarity.. maybe a little info?
