stingray frame?

is a 64 20 inch typhoon frame the same as a stingray frame? serial numbe A422910

I think they were the same frame. Even the Buddy. It looks like the buddy frame isn't large enough for the stingray rear tire, but your Typhhon frame is. i think that's just the illustration. They wouldn't have produced a whole special frame for a sidewalk bike. From the 64 catalog:

Should be the same as a shorty, or junior, stingray frame. I tried to determine if the Buddy was the same as well...but, couldn't find anything definitive. The only one that is for sure different was the Fleet...but, I believe it is just the tank tabs that make it different, the rest should be relatively the same.

I'm not a muscle bike guy, however, and would like someone with more definitive knowledge to confirm or dismiss.
