Those look like old Worksman Industrial Bicycle wheels. Cool ride!

Wheels are made from steel. Genious finnish bike builder Olli Erkkilä http://www.ollierkkila.com has made them. Wood imitation has painted with paintbrush by Mr Kim "Vargen" Berts. Awesome job from both fellows, design is my own
