Every time I see a shot of your garage, it gives me something to aspire towards. I just relocated my collection to this secluded area of the garage and plan to fill my bare wall as you have.

Mine is an 8'X8' storage building, and my workshop is the open air...if i'm careful it will hold ONE bike during its fragile and rust-prone stages. Only one bike finished (badly) but a corner of my 8'X8' is quickly filling with cheap reclaimed wheels, cut-off headsets and bottom brackets and sections of amputated tubing...
My Dart also surrounded by engines and parts, bike parts and tools.
My garage actually doesn't have any bikes or parts in it, other than the odd tire or seat. I had most of the hoard in the basement, but moved much of it out to "tje shed". Which is basically a house sized shell, one of the main selling points for me!
