Where should I post a request?

Hello,
I am looking for a reputable bike technician to setup a LED in a old light. It basically a empty shell. Does anybody know where I should post this or someone who specializes in this area?

That sounds more like a MacGyver job than a bike technician job. I'm sure you can find some help with it around here.
I'd say post it either in 'BIKE TALK' or 'WANTED' or both. Be sure to also include pictures of the light.

As TRM said, hard to judge without seeing the light, but plenty of options and ways to do it, pretty easy for most builders.
