Postby dragnusa on Tue Aug 07, 2012 6:45 am

I was looking thru bike tools on a site and seen a rim dishing tool, Ive never seen one, are they worth investing in or should I just keep saving for a trueing stand?

Given the choice between a dishing tool or a truing stand, I would have to have the stand! And I own both. The dishing tool is a handy thing to have if you plan on doing dished wheel builds, but as stated prior, not needed as much as a stand. Good spoke calcs are a far more needed app. in a dished wheel build than a dishing gauge!
Wheel-up ! its the call for air , and when your wheelies happening people stop and stare!
