Old TUBE RADIOS for sale CHEAP!

Postby partsguy on Mon Apr 23, 2012 4:49 pm

I'm cleaning out like mad and these have to go, BOTH OF THEM! Let me know if you want one or both. The GE 515 is ready to ship!

GE 515 clock radio, circa 1950-1953. The case is beautiful, the clock works just fine, and the alarm sounds as it should. The radio needs some work, but I have no time to fix it, nor do I know what is wrong. It is missing 1 knob. I'd take $15 plus shipping for it.

Beat-Up RCA Victor, FREE if you come and pick it up or free with the GE, you just pay additional shipping. I AM CONSIDERING THROWING THIS ONE AWAY! DON'T TEST ME!

I have given the GE away to a good home and the RCA is now in my Waste Management recycle bin. Yea, I was too lazy to open the trash can lid. RIP RCA Victor 194_ - 2012

Has anyone ever seen the Looney Tunes classic, "One Froppy Evening"? Much like the frog, this radio was the gift that keeps on giving. Some poor son of a gun picked it out of trash within about two hours of setting it out.

"Hello my baby
Hello my honey
Hello my ragtime gal!"
