Re: bike name is 1949 cadillac- now with almond and green paint.well i just have to say the using a dehumidifier to help dry paint and help it get hard is a good idea...I shot a scrap peace of metal with both colors and went to scratching it and its almost done.....

Re: bike name is 1949 cadillac-almost done-look on page 3.ok I need a little help,,asap....i put on the crank and went for a ride,,,got going and the crank got a little play in it and started clicking,,,got home and took it off and the bearing was all bent up and the balls fell out,,,crap,,,i put in a new one but i dont understand how to adjust it,,,can some one tell me what to do?help help,,,
Re: bike name is 1949 cadillac-almost done-look on page 3.When you put the crank on, did you forget to use a lock washer? that could be why everything loosened up.

Re: bike name is 1949 cadillac-almost done-look on page 3.I got nothing... Did you maybe put the bearing in backwards? Maybe they're too small for the bearing cups? Is the crank tweaked out of true? I don't know what else might have done it... Sorry bro!

this just in I got the head light working that goes on the tip of the tank working,,,so all in all this sweet ride is 100% DONE to bad im giving it away next week,,,im still going to cry a little when it goes...
