Thanks for the kind words. The forks are Murray (Western Flyer) as found on this late 50's X-53.

Feralkid - I paid $45 and that included new bearings and cups. I was buying a bunch of other parts, too, so I got a decent deal on the springer.

Mastronaut - Here is a better shot of the chainguard. It makes the bike silly fast.
