krate front end for earlier stuff...GONEI'm not even sure if anybody here is into krates. I traded for this because I thought I could use the wheel on my Columbia mach 5. More difficult than I thought, or at least I don't want to alter the Columbia parts to accept it. The wheel chrome is very nice. The fork has rust on the legs and struts, but mostly on one strut. The steer tube is a replacement and I have other extra parts like a nicer spring and spring bolt, bracket, etc. But I wanted to keep as much OG stuff together as possible. As always looking for prewar or Schwinn stuff 50's back. I also have some original apple krate grips up for trade. I can post more pics if there is any interest. One spoke is tweaked but the wheel rolls very true. The rusty strut might be slightly tweaked but if it is it's very minor. Not enough for me to tell 100%. Also the very tip of the spring bolt is stripped but still usable.

It's easier to shine like chrome when you're surrounded by rust
