I put some pinstripes on my tanks to cover up the bad lines from the spray paint

and I got a headbadge from my lbs today for $5

I know you painted your lines, but an option would've been to use pinstripe tape. You can usually pick up a few colors in the auto department of Wal-Mart or at AutoZone etc.

yea but i like how my painted lines turned out.. i got Schwinn decals headed my way...i can wait to put them on

It's looking good so far. It's too late for this, but, since you have an 'edge' to paint against, a paint pen may have been an option.
