Bianchi Restoration

Postby ohdeebee on Wed Oct 19, 2011 1:50 pm

When I bought this thing it was completely covered in red spray paint. Including the parts. I stripped it, polished it, painted it and added new decals. I think it turned out great and it rides great too!

Nice! Mmmm....nothin' tastier than Celeste Green....(well, except Schwinn Coppertone  )
I'm a long-time Bianchi fan, and still have my first one from 1986 or so. This one looks like maybe an early-nineties model.
You'll get a lot of enjoyment out of riding this baby - awesome handling bikes. I always called mine the "Ducati-without-a-motor"!

I've been commuting on this bike for a while now. About 20 miles round trip. Had a nice tail wind yesterday. Check out the max speed
