Transport Basman

Postby Philleuh on Sat Jun 02, 2012 11:03 am

Hello,

I needed a daily bike. I already had a Basman. I loved to ride my basman, so there was no doubt that I needed a second one. I need it to get my groceries.

So I builded this.

Image

Some specs:
Steco front carrier
3 speed shimano with stickshift
26inch balloon tyres with white wall
Brooks B66
...

Stuff I still need:
Wooden crate on front carrier
3piece 346 crank
Classic pedals that fit a 3piece crank

I know it is simple but handy

The small rack does look better to me. A nice, practical and unique ride. Maybe on the next pics plop a local brew box on the rack  .
So many bikes, so little time.......
