Dude, you're bike just kicked me in my pancreas! i guess i deserved it, i was looking at it with lustful eyes! Beautiful! Congrats!! The fork assembly...nuff said! it was an honor getting punched by your bike, what a beautiful brut!

It rides really nicely too. Even though my knees come up a bit high, the bars are far enough back to give me an upright riding position. It's no lightweight though :shock: .

The bike is so smooth and sleek and simple looking. Awesome that front fork is killer.
Rat rods may be known by their flat black, gray paint and rusty parts but there are no set rules as to what makes a rat rod.

Thanks for the kind words.

I used the top and bottom plates (not sure what the correct name for them is :oops: ) from a triple tree fork from BikeWorld USA, and made new legs from 31.8mm tube, then fabricated the mounts and rockers and used 2 cheapo MTB rear shocks I got from a junkyard.

Great work, the bike just looks tough all the way around. Something you could pull into any biker bar with.

Great work on the fork and split bars. The bike sits just right.

(And I am a fan of 24x3's too, I love that fat tire look!)
