Western Flyer Bicycle ? Help ID year of make and value?

I purchased a Western Flyer bicycle at an estate auction. I was looking for help with identifying the model year and value. Any help is appreciated.

Its a girls x-53 model and clean it up first water, soap and steel wool. I would say though in that condition its
worth $300-350. Nice find.
