Help Identifying Bike

I just picked up a bike that I am not positive about. It has the Gold Crest metal label on the front fork. The serial number is 70410729. How do I attach images? Thanks

Looks familiar because I think I saw one before but I can't think of it.

Gold Crest was a branding Columbia used for a while in the late 1970s and the 1980s.
