I thought I'd treat myself to a cool new sprocket for this build but eventually talked myself out of it. So far the only thing I've bought is paint and I'm going to try and keep it that way.
I painted a rusty old mag instead.

Easter bucket I picked up at Wal-mart today.
Matches my wheels nicely.

The mag sprockets look good in black. As for the bucket I am sure you have a trick up your sleave.

Good news: I rode my build off bike on last nights pub pedal and had a fun time as always.
Bad news: I had done a little bit of striping and lettering on it which got ruined on the ride so I have to redo it.

But let me say before you offer your sympathy, this will be an easy task as you will find out when you see the finished bike.

no way Randy..
I thought that as a full size bucket!

you had me fooled  that's not to hard.
I see now it's one of those mini buckets..and a very cool headlight!

great idea for the licence plate mount..

Electrical tape for the kickstand and if you can make out my "R" signature nut on the chain guard mount. You know these if you're familiar with Raleighs.

Ok I think I'm done. Out of ideas for now and getting burnt out on the bike.

Here's what I used for paint and pinstriping...
