I thought I'd treat myself to a cool new sprocket for this build but eventually talked myself out of it. So far the only thing I've bought is paint and I'm going to try and keep it that way.
I painted a rusty old mag instead. ![]()
Easter bucket I picked up at Wal-mart today.

The bike is assembled. Working on details now.
Took it for a spin tonight and it was ridable so I got that goin' for me.
is this bike going to have Udders? "Huh...Huh..Huh..Huhh...Huhh... He said Udders!" can't wait to see the Finish Randy.. I love the Blue! Peace, Kev! Pin-it !
Good news: I rode my build off bike on last nights pub pedal and had a fun time as always.
Bad news: I had done a little bit of striping and lettering on it which got ruined on the ride so I have to redo it. But let me say before you offer your sympathy, this will be an easy task as you will find out when you see the finished bike.
Copper strap I'm using to mount my tank plate and for coaster brake clamp.

Electrical tape for the kickstand and if you can make out my "R" signature nut on the chain guard mount. You know these if you're familiar with Raleighs.

Ok I think I'm done. Out of ideas for now and getting burnt out on the bike.
Here's what I used for paint and pinstriping...
The RRB decal I printed myself on clear label paper. Last edited by aka_locojoe on Thu Mar 22, 2007 7:21 pm, edited 1 time in total.
