Re: It's Bobbcycle time!a custom tank would set it off..
Re: It's Bobbcycle time!Oh yah...Now I remember why I stopped posting a year ago....
No one ever likes my builds...Oh well...farewell my rat "friends"
Re: It's Bobbcycle time!
The impression i get from my short stay here is motored builds aren't really appreciated or accepted that much, sad really, half the bikes i see here look impossible to ride at any sort of speed and are dying for some form of motor to make them practical, hrmz..then again i don't think 'practicality' is the main goal on alot of the builds :-S I highly recommend you join up at moteredbikes members there would be druuuueling over you work mate... its an extremely active forum with a HUGE member base, manly Americans who enjoy the 49 and 66cc China motors on bikes. Severe lack of custom builds there though when one does pop up it gets HUGE accolades. Well done from me anywayz mate, I think you have done an outstanding job..getz my vote KiM
Re: It's Bobbcycle time!wow you think no one likes your builds? I love your builds and I am pretty sure there are many many others here that do too.
Just because you dont get 40 pages of posts doesnt mean people dont like it. I find it near impossible to even get all the posts read anymore let alone post on all of them What I lack in pure craftsman skills I make up for in precision eyeballin
PEDDLIN KUSTOMS FACEBOOK MY INTRO THREAD/PROFILE
Re: It's Bobbcycle time! You may not have big numbers, but at least half of this thread is positive response from interested members.
it's all about the bikes, man. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=50053
I was going to update my sig line, but I'm not seein' anything worth plagiarizing right now.
Re: It's Bobbcycle time!
agreed. i think this build is amazing! ive been checkin up on it everyday. i wish i had the equipment and knowledge to fab up somethin like this. .
Re: It's Bobbcycle time!I agree dang good looking frame and the engine just sets it off. Yea Im partial to them since I have 3 2 strokers but dang there fun to ride. Hows it handle with the rake on the front??
excellent job...
Re: It's Bobbcycle time!Come on man! You are a great builder! I personally love motor bikes, bike, motorcycles...
besides, If you like it, who cares if the rest dosen´t? I think your build is awesome, and I also think it would be good to be open minded to this guys opinions and suggestions, they are pretty good at this...
Re: It's Bobbcycle time!Well thanks guys...Thanks to all who appreciate what I do...
one of these days I'll try and find a different tank...but I'm off building another bike already... As far as the handling goes, it handles great...but all my bikes have a similar rake so I guess I'm used to it... ![]() This bike takes me to work and back....no problem...until the flat tire demons appear out of no where... Re: It's Bobbcycle time!I want too see a clip of you pedalling it
Nice pic too puts the size of these rides in perspective when someones on them, i always think they look HUGE then you see a rider on them they are alot smaller then initially envisaged... What you have going with the new build? have a worklog too link me too yet ? Look forward to the next one anywayz.. KiM

Re: It's Bobbcycle time!
If you want some options with the tanks since you can weld and all those little tanks that come with the kits make dang cool fat bob tanks Looks like this ![]() Just cut the filler neck off and move it to the side. Then weld a filler plate over where you removed the filler. Add a couple of tubes at the lower areas of the tanks for crossover. Mount them with the standard mounts. Terry P.S. Ya need a jackshaft kit and a cluster on the rear then you can get to work a heck of a lot faster.
