Is that because the blue paint doesn't look transparent over the nickle plating?

that and pretty much none of the parts have any wear tires still have the hairs on em

lol yeah i threw that in there last i was never really into old school bmx, im a huge mountain biker and i also collect older mtb's and i know older parts and more or less how long theyve been there all seem legit i guess i feel its too good to be true for 20 dollars!
