This is my grandfather, Thomas Elmer Sullivan, some time between 1915-1920. I have no idea what make of bike that is.

Is that an AOOGAH horn or a carbide lamp??

Carbide lamp... Almost looks like a horn ..... I have one myself... Hard to find I imagine....

I was in Bardstown, KY over the weekend and came across this photo on the wall of the Dairy Queen. The only thing the photo said was "1940's". Image

Check out the large trike in front of it. It doesn't have a seat? Maybe it was a large three wheel scooter???????

My dad, 10 years old, on his Rollfast.

He say he rode the wheels off this bike, then gave it away to a neighboor kid when he outgrew it. Sigh.....
One day I'll think of something clever to put here....
