Can you list the tire sizes you have, I can't quite read them from the pictures? And, what size white walls are you looking to trade for?

20x1 1/4-1 3/8 but they don't fit a standard rim, maybe someone else on here can explain why

What you have will fit Schwinn s-6 rims. Probably work for someone with a 60's-70's fastback or speedster or something like that. My guess is that you're in need of some standars 20x1.75 0r 2.125 wheels, unless you have a Schwinn as well in which case you may be looking for 1 3/4". Sadly in the bicycle world, 1.75 is not the same as 1 3/4
