Think Im on track with the bar selection.I sure like low slung bars!Unfortunately thats as far as the neck goes down...for now.

I popped the other light on and really like the look.Everything seems to be mocking up pretty decently.

Forgot I had this awesome old seat!!! Kinda like it better than the massively bulky RBR repro.

Feels weird not getting the gun out and painting everything!!!But that just doesnt seem to be the direction this one is heading.

Those bars and stem are great. It gives the bike kind of the same sinister look as the WWII Corsair F4U airplanes. And the old seat is perfect as well.

I was a WWII plane nut as a kid,I would read for hours and hours.

I was a WWII plane nut as a kid,I would read for hours and hours.

I'm not a nut (probably just because music took up most of my time as a kid) but I love WWII airplanes and the corsair is my favorite as well. I have a membership at the Boeing Museum of Flight, they have two there and an entire two story wing dedicated to WWI and WWII fighter planes. If you're ever in Seattle you have to check it out. Lots of nose art, guns, and dramatic lighting on planes both hanging from the ceiling and on the ground. Cool stuff.

LOL that'd be cool.
My infatuation with planes ended around age 12 at the latest ,but I never forgot them.I was well into bmx and then fast cars by 14.Theres just something awesome about a fighter plane ripping machine guns in a fight!!!
