Saturday rideIn preperation for saturdays Am-Vets charity ride I have tossed some bikes together for a few friends to roll on. Still have a few more to complete tonight. No before or during build pics because my shop has been like a tornado of bike parts flying all week! This ride should be a blast!!

Re: Saturday rideWell the ride went very well! We had close to 300 riders for this event. With the temp close to 85 degrees at 1100 am my Father only made it to the second pub stop. I then advised him that maybe he should ride in one of the support trucks. I could see the start of some possible heat storke taking place so it was just best that way. With my wife usually riding very little, I am proud to say that she made the entire 11 mile route on her single speed cruiser like a true champ. I never let on to her that I was struggling on the dyno stretch. The stretch bike sure isnt a commuter type bike for trips of that sort. All of the bikes really stood out as they were the only cruiser bikes out of the entire field of riders. I was stopped multiple times with requests to purchase my bikes. I just informed them that I would gladly help them get started making one and advised every person I talked to that I get my insperation from RRB.com. Already cant wait until next year!!
